This information is intended for:
- Building Owners,
- Property Managers and
- Licensed Elevating Contractors.
It outlines, effective September 30, 2011, that all Cab Modernizations will be specified as Major Alterations that will require Professional Engineering review and stamp. In addition to the technical submission the attached Internal Cab Modernization Data Sheet must be completed and signed by the Professional Engineer.
