DESCRIPTION Contractor Licensing New Passenger Ropeway Licence: All Classes Renewal Passenger Ropeway Licence: All Classes (if renewed within one year after expiry). If renewed later than 1year after expiry, then new contractor Licence fee is charged. Qualified Worker Certification and Examination (As of September 1, 2006 fees for examination will be

Field Safety Representative Certificate of Qualification Ropeways Trainers Certificate of Qualification Installation Inspections & Design Review Initial Inspection Reversible aerial tramways with one or more gondolas, cabins or conveyances or similar equipment (includes up to 55 hours of acceptance inspection and up to 25 hours of design review, additional time charged at hourly rate) Gondola lifts and chairlifts with detachable carriers (includes up to 25 hours of acceptance inspection and up to 15 hours of design review, additional time charged at hourly rate) Gondola lifts and chairlifts with fixed carriers (includes up to 20 hours of acceptance inspection and up to 15 hours of design review, additional time charged at hourly rate) Surface lifts, including J-Bars, T-Bars, poma lifts and passenger conveyors (includes up to 10 hours of acceptance inspection and up to 7.5 hours of design review, additional time charged at hourly rate) Rope Tows (includes up to 5 hours of acceptance inspection and up to 4 hours of design review, additional time charged at hourly rate) Industrial Ropeways (includes up to 20 hours of acceptance inspection and up to 10 hours of design review, additional time charged at hourly rate) Modifications (hours for design review and additional inspection) Re-inspection Fees. DESCRIPTION Miscellaneous Refund Processing Charge. For all transactions. Any work that has been undertaken up to the date of the request for refund will be charged for at the current hourly rate. Custom Reports & Searches (per Technology) Replacement / Duplicate Standard Certificate of Qualification or Wallet Card (each) Application for each copy of a certificate of inspection Application for variance from code Notes to Fee Schedule Hourly Rates Normal working hours, inclusive except holidays, per hour Administrative Rate Overtime working hours Saturdays & Sundays inclusive except holidays and Monday to Friday inclusive, 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., per hour Holiday working hours, per hour Professional Rate Overtime working hours Saturdays & Sundays inclusive except holidays and Monday to Friday inclusive, 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., per hour Holiday working hours, per hour Plus expenses incurred, where applicable Interest Charges on Overdue Accounts Interest is charged at 3% above prime lending rate per annum (updated monthly) NSF Cheques A charge will be levied when cheques are returned "NSF" **Note: On professional rates, GST is assessed where applicable. $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $
