Licensed contractors must register designs for new installations or alterations to existing elevating devices. To apply:
- Send three copies of all drawings and specifications documents along with the Elevating Devices Drawings and Specifications Submission for Installation Permit Form 1069 form.
- Complete the Elevating Devices Seismic Data Sheet Form 1075 unless you are doing a cab modernization.
- Mail your completed application to BCSA New Westminster office with the correct fee for your type of elevating device. Elevating fees schedule.
If you are performing a cab modernization, you need to submit the following form along with your design registration application: Elevating Devices Internal Cab Modernization Data Sheet Form 1072.
