The BC Safety Authority considers applications for product approvals on a case-by-case basis. On most occasions, a certification body recognized by the Standards Council of Canada will perform equipment approvals.

Remember: installing or operating your equipment may require an installation permit and possibly an operating permit. Ask your local Safety Officer if you have any questions or contact BCSA client services.
